I personally had to apply, then call every day for about 2weeks straight, then finally got a call back, got an interview to set up the background check, after 8 days, I received another interview that went over the report, and was offered the job, and started 3 day later. It was rather easy, compared to other experiences, but like every job, you must show you're interested.

Simple and Quick interview as there was only one person interviewing me. They asked me the basic questions and the whole meeting was done in about 30 minutes or less.

Just basic questions like where I have worked previously and questions about my availability. The interview was short and then I was asked to consent to a background check and then offered employment as soon as the background check came back clear.
