Firstly there were two interviews face to face. The 1st round with test manager was good and he gave a positive feedback about my interview. After 2nd round of interview they were not sure and then decided to give a whole big assignment including scripting, execution and analysis (almost like mini project) related to testing. Totally irrelevant after 2 rounds and the whole process was inefficiently handled. Then finally after 2 weeks I got an offer.
The HR kept asking how early I can join and I resigned after accepting the offer. But for next few weeks during notice period I kept asking HR for updates on my EP process. They kept saying it will be done soon and after 7 weeks they setup a call to explain that they have not submitted my EP at all due to contraints in MOM process.
The reason for this review is to inform others out there to have multiple offers in hand and do not wait for more than 2 weeks if there is no response. And beware such companies on how they handle the process soo irresponsibly.
