Very simple it was one behavioral and talked to a long tenured employee at Cisco who was curious about my experiences and that was about it. 45 minutes of just talking about yourself and the interviewer.

First round was a behaviorial with a non-technical manager. Begun with "Tell me about yourself", followed by a few more traditional behaviorials. Afterward, walking through my resume, talking more in-depth about certain projects, and then providing more information on the position.
