One quick interview at my university and received an offer not too long after. Did the internship which was basically an extended interview. Worked on an individual project which was alright. At the end of the summer I was asked to come on full time and I told them what my preferences for role were.
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
