Asked about my background and research. 2 phone interviews. The second one was a conference call with video. The first guy asked about my resume very generally. The second interview was about what wasn't covered on the first interview. No detailed programming questions. They wanted a user space C programmer.

They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
