It was a skype interview but the guy was extremely bad at it. He had zero social skills and was extremely condescending. He'd ask me questions such as Why cisco? but not accept my answers and simply repeat the question. He also asked me a couple of times very weirdly worded questions and he would get annoyed when I'd ask if he could explain a bit more what he meant.
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
