This was many years ago when the economy was different. Most of the interviews were with people I already knew in the industry and I was pretty sure I had the job before walking in the door. At the time, I already had a job when I got a call from an industry peer asking if I was interested in a position. When I came in, there were four interviews arranged, three with people that knew me and one with a future team member whom I'd never met. It was a walk in the park.
