it was under campus placement.
it consisted three rounds
1. written test 15 aptitude ,15 Electronics, DCS topics based,15 c/c++ based questions
2. technical round :- basic DS que like reversing a linked list, DLL to BST etc. OS and ACA will be pretty handy to crack it !!
3. managerial round:- why cisco? future plans and project details

They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
