Got interview call from Company HR directly. Interview date and time were fixed during the call. It was a totally F2F discussion process for 4 rounds in total- excluding HR discussion
Moderate level, specific to requirement. It was a one day process.However the final approval and release of offer took more than a week.
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
