technical interview with video conferencing . there were 2 panelist. will ask questions from different area. they expect one person should be expert in all area like coding, system admin, testing. Job profile and interview pattern did not match.

it was in two phases, on with HR and second part was technical.
Technical consists of two parts:
- one is about you previous projects and its results,
- second is discussion about technologies mentioned in job descriptions

Overall feedback: many interviews; meaningless behavioural questions; you gota crack it to get admitted. Dissapointed.
