Had 3 rounds:
1. No CV round: Interviewer tested on my core details and project which I have worked on.
2. Technical round 2: was asked to write code for a given problem.
3. Manager Round: he wanted to check cultural fir and explained about the project for which recruitment was happening.
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
