Initial phone call with recruiter and then a three hour test using Codility. After that an interview with three engineers discussing solutions and improvements to the test. After this stage I didn't progress.

Introductory questions about background and CV.
Did not return any information after I completed the final step of the interview. Asked them for input after a month with still no reply. Decided that there was no chance after three months.
