Several Webex interviews with a cross functional group of interviewers. Each had their perspective on the position and each had a their relationship with the role. It gave an opportunity to meet with potential peers, leaders and executives over the division. It gave great insight on the position and how each person would ultimately interact / influence the role.

I Interviewed 14 times for 3 positions and each time it was given to the BDR from the team. Cisco fired 500-1000 people a month and so they are looking out for those people or promoting from within. I even had a referral from a Global VP
