No hubo un contacto inicial por parte del equipo de reclutamiento, sin embargo, el Hiring Manager disparó directamente una entrevista con el Panel técnico y posteriormente me entrevistó el mismo junto a un peer del mismo equipo. Todo se llevó a cabo bajo un ambiente cordial y respetuoso, siempre con la disponibilidad de responder cualquier pregunta o duda durante el proceso.

I was contacted by the recruiter on LinkedIn and we scheduled a call during which the recruiter explained the role and company offering. The next stage was an interview with an Engineer, quite difficult. The last stage was a meeting with a hiring manager. I received positive feedback within 24 hours since the last interview. Everyone was extremely friendly, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and seemed to be authentically positive and enthusiastic.
