Thorough interview process, beginning with a deep technical interview about my experience and expertise, followed by a managers interview about higher level topics. After 2 interviews I was given an offer which I accepted. Previous interview experiences with Cisco were similar, with just the interviewers being different.

It was a nice experience. The interviewers were nice and eased me into the process. They were very kind and the questions asked very of a good level. There were 3 interview rounds, technical, managerial and HR.
