The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. Two technical and one HR.
In the technical rounds questions where mostly asked on computer architecture. I had very few questions based on networks. In the second round, I was asked to given a problem of keeping track of large number of streaming time stamps and analysing the data. The HR round was pretty free going and almost everyone who reached till the HR round was selected
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
