It was for SDE/SDET position in Ottawa, Canada Had an initial 30 mins conversation with the hiring manager. Technical interviews with 3 different interviewers for 2h 30 mins It was mix of coding questions, questions regarding technical knowledge and Python concepts

They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
