I'm identified as a potential candidate for a marketing intern. I just sent my location preference and interview availabilities. I'm still waiting for the decision if I'm selected or not. Once selected, there will be a 4 hours interview.

As part of the recruitment process, I took part in the Cisco Assessment Centre. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming (I loved that the team was very diverse and international). It consisted of 3 parts: a short presentation + questions based on the brief provided a few days before, a group exercise, and an individual, competency-based interview. Overall, it was a very positive experience, although it was quite challenging. I didn't get the job but they called me to inform me of their decision and even provided individual feedback - considering that most companies don't even bother to send an email, I really appreciated that Cisco put so much effort into the recruitment process.
