I received a call from a project manager and the phone interview took about an hour, I was asked a few questions about why I choose Cisco and then a few other questions about my fourth year project and previous experience, Once that is done I was asked to join a conference call and start coding some linked lists

Create a linked list and then write functions to add and delete nodes from it
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
