Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Cisco (Columbus, OH) nel mese di ott 2012
Colloquio
I submitted my resume through my college's career services and was contacted for an interview. The interview was held on campus, and I met with one technical person from Cisco. Following the interview, I was contacted the following day for an internship opportunity.

I was only a Sophomore, so I was a novice and couldn't really perform the typical interview questions. They ended up taking a project listed on my resume and asked for more details. One of the questions related to this project was "How was my robot able to detect an analog light signal?" Nothing that I didn't know the answer to.
- 3 rounds of interviews. The first-round coding was a challenge, second round was a phone call with the recruiter, third round with folks from the team. Overall good interview, very understanding team. They new I was new at interviews and were looking for potential and interest.

They asked about my projects and how it can apply to their job.
It wasn't bad. The questions were fairly easy and the time given was generous. The first part involves an online interview where they ask the programming questions followed then by some technical and behavioral questions.
I applied online and didn't hear back for a few months, got an update in December to check if I was still interested in the position. Interviewed in February, it was a Webex interview of forty-five minutes.
