I had an internal referral and the interview consisted of the following: A 20 minute phone screening with a recruiter, 1 hour interview with the manager, and a 30 minutes interview with the manager’s boss. The recruiter was outstanding and speedy with her communication. Everyone I spoke to was as transparent about the process and made me feel comfortable during the interviews. The hour long interview was a lot of questions, but they made time for questions too.

The interview process was very efficient. It took three phases during one week in which I had to demonstrate how I am fit for this position. You start with the HR consultant, then the hiring manager then the department head. The first and second phases are crucial, the third one is customary.
