Dreadful. Had a great phone interview. Went in person. First interviewer asks me a couple of questions which went OK... then asks me about a subject & I reply I don't have a tonne of experience in -- which you can tell if you read my CV. So then he goes and they just leave me sitting there for 45 minutes while they found someone who was clearly giving me the "courtesy interview" before chucking me out of the building & then not even paying my expenses for going there!
Now, I don't mind they rejected me for not having deep experience in that subject -- that's fine. No point in doing something that's not a good fit and I got three offers out of this round of interviewing anyway.
It's that they could have asked me about that on the phone (or *read my CV*) & saved everyone's time. And as for acting as arseholes through the interview -- that's VERY poor performance from what's supposed to be a top-tier employer. Haven't had an interview experience that bad since I was looking for a job in retail as a kid.

OA then phone interview, discussed about experience, coding rounds, and some open ended questions afterwards. The last 5 - 10 mins was for interviewee to ask questions back. Didn't pass this round :(
I had an HR screen where they asked about my experience at my previous company and to prepare for C++ to talk with the hiring manager. They asked about why I got laid off at my previous company.
