Citadel came to our school so I dropped a resume and got an interview.
The first round consists of 3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 behavioral with the HR. I had really positive experiences with all of them. The questions were about the right difficulty, and were all about algorithms.
One week later, I went on-site for 4 other interviews. Overall, I did fine except in the very last interview.
However, although I knew I did not get an offer, Citadel did not get back to me at all.

Online assessment with 3 coding questions on bfs and stacks etc.
First round on a simple coding question with some basic CS questions on top of it and also asked many CV questions and motivations
Did not proceed after this round
I had an HR screen where they asked about my experience at my previous company and to prepare for C++ to talk with the hiring manager. They asked about why I got laid off at my previous company.

OA then phone interview, discussed about experience, coding rounds, and some open ended questions afterwards. The last 5 - 10 mins was for interviewee to ask questions back. Didn't pass this round :(
