As this was a few years ago details will be sketchy. I was contacted by phone by an in house recruiter. After doing an initial interview with the recruiter, I was asked to do a "Brain Bench" style skills assessment. About a week after the initial call I had another 2 phone interviews, 1 with the recruiter, and another with a member of the team. After the second phone interview I was contacted for a 1:1 interview with the members of the team that had the position and the managers of the different technology teams.
All in all the 1:1 interviews lasted about 4 hours and I was asked a range of questions about servers, networking, and scripting. after the interview I was offered the position within a few days.
