Phone screen with quantitative questions. Passed it and went to the onsite. My interview was 4 45 minute interviewers with different people who worked on the desk. Each asked normal questions about stats, market making, confidence intervals, etc.
30-45 minutes phone interview, introduce and describe one past experience, then technical problems, mainly have probabilities and brainteasers, cards, dice problems from green book, brain teasers difficulty above green book, rejected

I had one phone interview and then the super day, though my process might have been abridged since I had a competing offer. The first interview was standard probability and EV questions, and the super day consisted of 3 interviews with traders and a game competing against the other applicants.

The first round was a phone screen with a trader followed by a virtual onsite. Onsite was a mix of auction games, market making on theoretical quantities with imperfect information, fermi questions, and some EV estimation questions.
