Initial call around 45 minutes with recruiter called Jake, had great knowledge of the company and the role including targets, KPI’s, bonus structure etc. Got to discuss previous roles on my CV & my own personal motivations for applying. Came off the call more interested in the company than when I’d initially applied, was very insightful and open dialogue.
