Upon arriving, there's a brief introduction about the company to the candidates. After that, candidates have to take a financial quiz, including a reconciliation test (ie. identifying breaks) which have a time limit of about 45 minutes. Upon passing the test, there's an interview with the hiring manager (or supervisor). A successful hire will take between 1-3 days to receive a letter of offer.

After entering the building, security guards guided to the floor where the interview is conducted. They gave the token and visitor id card and told to wait in a room. After sometime one person came in to collect the resume and escorted to the interview area. One by one they started calling the names for the interview.
