1st Interview was with HR - This was a casual plus knowledge based interview. HR asked me basic questions about alternate investments. Difference between Spot and forward etc.
2nd round was Test - I had to reconcile a statement and fill out numbers in balance sheet and write Journal entry. Also draft a apology email to an angry client.
3rd round was with hiring manager, Supervisor, and VP of that team. They asked a lot of questions regarding hedge funding, reconciling, my previous experience in accounting, How do you work under pressure. Have you handled multiple deadline. Have you improved processed in your team/ company.

After entering the building, security guards guided to the floor where the interview is conducted. They gave the token and visitor id card and told to wait in a room. After sometime one person came in to collect the resume and escorted to the interview area. One by one they started calling the names for the interview.

The interview process involved two rounds focusing on my technical knowledge and communication skills. Both the interviewers were supportive, encouraged and asked relevant questions and assessed my understanding of financial concepts and problem solving abilities.
interview process was good and the questions are not very difficult it is from low to medium mostly ask from jd and check your general knowledge in short and prepare a little about interpersonal question as well
