I applied through agent. Interview was delayed and took over 3h! Not well organized.Interview was 2 in stages: Finance Test (Financial instruments, derivatives, options, futures etc hedge funds and mutual funds difference etc and understanding accounting P&L, BS accruals ) plus interview with VP's.

I was offered lower position and much lower salary than in previous company and I declined offer!
