Multiple stages -- including group debate, presentation in front of the board of directors, HR interview, board panel interview, user interview, and online assessment (verbal, numerical, and personality assessment). Interviews all are conducted in English.

Tell me about a time you've handled data and what did you use this
First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
