Role was for an intern position with Operations in Latin American Wealth Management group.
Interviewed over the phone directly with the hiring manager after being scheduled by HR. Asked about my previous experience and walked it through the manager.
Manager was interested on how I could transfer my skills to the role to do performance measurement and reporting.
Received an offer letter within 2 hours after conclusion of the interview.
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
A few rounds of group interview, some with 1 invigilator, some with a panel, and one one-to-one interview. Interviewers appeared stern and not the most friendly, perhaps to give off a sense of seriousness.
