Filled out online form. Got an email to set up an interview by phone. Had the phone interview and then was set up for an in person interview. Once you’re set up for the in person interview, you will get an email on what questions to expect and how to answer them. Read them and follow them. Trust me!

General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
