Applied at beginning of April and received a Codality a week later after screening. Had the first round interview and HR called right after the interview for next round to be held next week. But I received no interview invitation later, so followed up with HR and they changed their mind to postpone their decision. No responds until I followed up again a few weeks later. Surprisingly, got passed and did the final round. Followed up again and application on hold (likely it's a rejection). HR was slow overall.

You’ll typically have one or more interviews with engineers or technical managers. These interviews focus on your knowledge of programming languages (such as Java, SQL, Spring), frameworks, system design, and problem-solving abilities. You might also be asked about your past projects, technologies you’ve worked with, and experiences in agile development.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
One key thing Citibank often asks about during interviews, especially for technical roles, is how you've applied your problem-solving skills in real-world scenarios. This might involve discussing past projects where you've used technologies like Java, SQL, or Spring Framework to solve complex issues, improve systems, or streamline processes. They want to know not only what technologies you know, but also how you’ve effectively used them to deliver results, often tying back to real business problems or improving customer experiences.
