I applied online for the teller position and took their skills assessment. About 5 days later I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer asked me basic questions like, "Why do you want to work for citi bank"?, "Why did you apply for the bank teller position", "What experience do you have in handling money?". I thought I answered the questions well, although I was a bit nervous. The interview lasted about 10 minutes.

the bank teller interview was welcoming and efficient, featuring clear questions, supportive interviewers, and a professional atmosphere that highlighted customer service strengths and ensured a positive, confidence-building experience. Overall would recommend.
