There were 4 stages of interview. First round with the HR, it's just basic and simple questions like your goal and how do we see ourselves in 5 years. Second round with the head of HR where you will be meeting other candidates and they will see how do you take the role in group. Third one was the interviews with 3 head of divisions. Last one was a group debate and presentation

1 HR interview, 2 article readings and group panel, and last round is with hiring manager.
HR and Hiring Manager are basic behavioral questions
Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.

Tell me about a time you've handled data and what did you use this
First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
