I interviewed for a Relationship manager postion covering LI NYC Brooklyn Queens and the Bronx. I took the lead on the interviewing processing by clearly descibing my prior expiences na dtechincal expertise and major contributions to the banks bottom line.I asked the interviewer where did the bank want to be in 5 ears asking for growth ,expansion and product development answer s bui was just given talking ponts and no real depth and analysis of the diraction of the bank

Clear, well structured with extensive engagement from talent acquisition team and hiring manager. There were 3 stages, each getting into more details and example of work. Overall feedback is positive as I enjoyed the conversations.
3rd rounds interviews
First with HR
Second with two managers
Final round with Director
The questions are quite direct and sharp.
And the atmosphere is serious, especially Citi is retreating from Taiwan
The interviewers asked insightful questions that challenged my understanding of the role and probed my client relationship skills. The team's enthusiasm for Citibank's mission was contagious, and I felt a genuine connection with their collaborative spirit. The interview left me feeling energized and confident in my ability to build strong relationships and contribute to Citibank's success.
