I had the interview with both the branch manager and assistant branch manager. There were a lot of question regarding customer service and some scenario. They also talk about the training process and ask if you would be confident working window in 2 weeks.

Get a phone Interview, ask a couple of things on resume and availability, salary with hr then hiring manager, get the offer. Relatively simple process, move fast. Very friendly hr and hiring manager
