Interview was for lead position experienced in Angular and Java. I got this interview scheduled through a consultant. Completed 3 rounds of interview and the feedback was positive. But after that there was no response. I tried checking with consultant but they too didn't give proper response. No response after one round is fine. But completing three round of technical and manager discussion they could provide a feedback.

I applied for the Lead Java Developer role about a month ago. After my application, Mark Raine (Senior Talent Acquisition Partner) initiated the interview process. The first stage was a coding test, which I completed successfully by answering all three questions. Since then, I have not received any update despite sending a couple of follow-up emails. I’m disappointed by the lack of communication after investing significant time and effort into the process. I believe candidates deserve timely updates and clearer communication throughout recruitment. I would encourage others to be aware of this experience when applying.
