There was introduction day before we start the interview, the interview question was standard. It was not tense at all, it was like talking with your friend(during HR interview). After that they gave us some topics for business case interview that was held a day after HR interview

Interview process was pretty long, but very straight forward. I talked to multiple people during the process. The branch manager and another manager from a different location interviewed me. Make sure you are personable.
