The interview consists of mainly basic and technical questions with the banker and hr. For example of questions:

2. Describe your current and last job responsibilities
3. Decsribe a moment where you had a difficult moment with a client
4. Why should we hire you

The interview process was long and intense but met lovely people along the way. I had 7 rounds and the job went to someone with more experience so can’t really fault them.

First interview was a telephone assessment with the recruiter, asked a few competency and culture fit based questions.
The second round was over zoom with a panel of three. This was very structured around the experience and competences.
The third and final round was a short presentation and also a long conversational type of assessment.
