Not very pleasant experiences. 4 MDs interview me in the morning. They ask about my prior working experiences and behavior questions. I think I mess up with the Question "what is the largest client what to write a loan for them? but their LTV is higher than our standard?". I said "we can do some financial creation, to have a Mazz loan for them or something else." They said, "if it didn't work, what you will do?", I said I think "we have to stick to the rule and to follow our standards.". They said: "but they are our biggest client... you know, sometimes the life is not that easy and if you don't do it, your competitors will do it..."...

My interview was first round and very chill. The first few minutes were small talk. The next fifteen minutes were questions from my interviewer. The last ten minutes were my questions for the interviewer.
