After completing the application on-line and two 30-minutes competencies-based intervews at phone (1st round), I have been invited to the assessment center. I had 3 1:1 interviews, a presentation and a group exercise. My 1:1 interviews consisted of a mix between general finance and motivation questions. The key-point is to saty focused and concise in your answers.
