Multiple interviews with people from different areas of the business. Ranks included senior members of staff and their subordinates. They asked me lots of personality-based questions, a few questions about markets. I think if they feel you know what you are talking about they will ask you fewer markets-based questions but it depends on the interviewer.
The interview process was smooth and engaging, with several rounds that focused on my skills, fit, and knowledge of the market. The team was friendly, making it a positive experience overall.
