It started as a large group of about thirty people taking a timed test. After the tests were graded and they had the results some people were escorted out of the room. The ones still remaining were interviewed individually. Then they were another elimination process. Finally, the people still in the room were invited to meet with a recruiter who provided a list of jobs positions that were available to select from.

General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
