Pretty simple and quick manager interviewing as easy to talk to. The people were not intimidating the only thing that got me was how secluded the drive was. I had seen the distance however the wild animals ex.) wild boar in the parking lot was a bit much. Not to mention deer on the road and people that work there have normalized this. General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
