The interview was pretty legit. I had a phone interview for about 25 mins and i was asked ranging from why banking and why their company to how would i end up valuing a company and what happens in various financial statements for a firm. SO a good mix of questions.

First, a phone interview that lasts about 5-10 minutes where they ask about 3 standard questions and also tell me more about the program. You will be invited for a 1 on 1 interview at their office. Standard questions were asked, almost no technical questions. I didn't do very well at the interview, felt very lucky to be accepted.

arrived at citibank and waited at concierge for 20mins before proceeding to interview venue. casual 1:1 interview. had a chat with interviewer regarding my background after she asked me to tell her more about myself. then she started interview proper and asked questions regarding leadership experience, difficulties faced, strengths and weaknesses. interviewer was friendly and made the whole interview process lively.
