2x 30-minute calls in which I was asked competency and motivation-based questions and some reasonably easy technicals. Friendly interviewers, both HR and a team member, each call lasted 30 mins.

2 interviewers that were VP/ SVP. First interview was motivational, second was technical with a lot more focus on commercial awareness, quantitative judgement. Both interviews were capped at 30 minutes and online. Useful to have knowledge of TTS (Treasury and trade) as well as custody and data services.
