Interview started with telephonic and it has taken 1 week of time. As the time of telephonic they have asked basic question about .Net. it was normal round to check if person knows about basic concepts. Then after 2 days they have arranged a F2F interview. F2F interview is also good. Interviewer tries to know how depth technical knowledge interviewee has, He was asking scenario based question.Then they have arranged third round and even that was technical interview. Here Interviewer Expectation is very high. It was total technical about data base and need to write query for PL/Sql.
