1er appel téléphonique avec un membre de l'équipe RH, mêmes type de questions que les HireView des autres springs.
2ème appel téléphonique avec un junior qui travaille dans la division dans laquelle vous postulez. Même type de questions.

Black Heritage Spring Insight Interview: consisted of very generic competency questions (tell me about a time you worked in a team, why Citi, why finance etc). The technical interview similarly was not very technical and was largely based on commercial awareness or repeats of the competency interview.
