- HR called to understand if i can join early.
- Scheduler called to schedule the interview and scheduled the same.
- Interview scheduled for 30 mins.
- Interview done on same day and time.
- No feedback shared and no change in 'Application Status' till date.
It is evident that all the senior positions in Citi are filled with predetermined candidate. The position published on job portal to just satisfy some company policies. So, all other candidates are nothing but wasting their time in hope of getting job by showcasing their capabilities during interviews. Hiring Manager and HR are partner in crime. Your skills does not yield any results so far as interview results are concerned. Whatever i have mentioned above is not out of frustration but out of my knowledge.

Worst interview process of my career. Received a sketchy, spam-like Karat assessment link without any initial HR screening; I literally had to message HR via LinkedIn just to verify its legitimacy. The actual interview was outsourced to Karat and designed purely to stress candidates, giving only 1 minute for intros and a rushed minute for Python MCQs. Post-interview, there was zero feedback. I had to beg HR for updates, as they lacked the basic decency to send even an automated rejection email. Completely unprofessional and unstructured.

Recruiter called me for position. 1st interview was scheduled shortly after. Interview was pretty standard no trick questions. Interview personal were very professional andd asked for the interview to be more of a conversation and not just one sided.
